1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Metal Marvel website and the purchase of custom metal signs from Metal Marvel Pty. Ltd. (ABN 55 699 061 268). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Orders and Custom Products

All Metal Marvel signs are custom-made to your specifications. When you place an order, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring all text, spelling, and design choices are correct before checkout
• Verifying that the sign dimensions are suitable for your intended use and mounting location
• Confirming that your delivery address is accurate and complete

Because each sign is custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun. Most orders dispatch in 4-7 workshop days after proof and payment confirmation; a painted finish adds 1-2 workshop days (5-9 workshop days total).

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST. Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders already placed will be honoured at the price at the time of purchase.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post and selected courier partners. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Estimated delivery times are:

• Metro areas: 5–7 business days
• Regional areas: 7–12 business days
• Remote areas: 10–20 business days

Free shipping applies to orders over $150 AUD. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Defects

Because our products are custom-made, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. This is consistent with Australian Consumer Law for personalised and custom-made goods.

We offer a 30-day defect guarantee. If your sign arrives with a manufacturing defect — including incorrect cuts, warping, material flaws, or errors in text that were our fault — we will:

• Replace the sign at no cost, or
• Provide a full refund, including return shipping costs

Defect claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Incorrect orders (wrong text, material, or size shipped) must be reported within 7 days.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the text and design concepts you submit. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your custom designs.

Metal Marvel retains ownership of all website content, branding, logos, and marketing materials. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Metal Marvel's liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
