All Metal Marvel signs are custom-made to your specifications. When you place an order, you are responsible for:
Because each sign is custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun. Production typically starts within 1 business day of order confirmation.
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST. Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders already placed will be honoured at the price at the time of purchase.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post and selected courier partners. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Estimated delivery times are:
Free shipping applies to orders over $150 AUD. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.
Because our products are custom-made, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. This is consistent with Australian Consumer Law for personalised and custom-made goods.
We offer a 30-day defect guarantee. If your sign arrives with a manufacturing defect — including incorrect cuts, warping, material flaws, or errors in text that were our fault — we will:
Defect claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Incorrect orders (wrong text, material, or size shipped) must be reported within 7 days.
You retain ownership of the text and design concepts you submit. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your custom designs.
Metal Marvel retains ownership of all website content, branding, logos, and marketing materials. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Metal Marvel's liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
