How Shipping Works

    Dispatched — We pack your sign in protective packaging and hand it to our courier partner.

    Tracking sent — You receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package in real time.

Courier Partners

We partner with trusted Australian courier networks to get your sign to you safely. Australia Post handles the majority of our parcels, offering reliable coverage to every postcode in the country. For larger signs or bulk orders, we may use Sendle or Couriers Please to ensure the most cost-effective and secure delivery.

Track Your Order

Every order receives a unique tracking number via email as soon as it leaves our workshop. You can use this number on the courier's website to see real-time updates, estimated delivery windows, and any delivery exceptions. If you have not received your tracking email within two business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.

Sustainable Packaging

We ship every sign in eco-friendly, recyclable cardboard packaging with protective wrapping to prevent scratches and dents in transit. We avoid plastic bubble wrap and polystyrene wherever possible. Our goal is to deliver your sign in perfect condition while keeping our environmental footprint as small as we can.

Shipping Questions

How long does delivery take?

Metro areas: 5–7 business days. Regional areas: 7–12 business days. Remote areas: 10–20 business days. All timeframes are after our 1-business-day production period.

How much does shipping cost?

Metro shipping is $9.95, regional shipping is $14.95, and shipping is free on all orders over $150. Remote area shipping is quoted on request.

Do you ship to rural or remote areas?

Yes. We deliver Australia-wide. Rural and remote orders may take longer and occasionally require a custom freight quote depending on accessibility.

Which courier do you use?

Australia Post is our primary courier for standard parcels. For larger or bulkier signs we may use Sendle or Couriers Please to ensure safe delivery at the best rate.

Will my order have tracking?

Every order receives a tracking number via email once dispatched. You can monitor your delivery through the courier's tracking portal.

How is my sign packaged?

Signs are wrapped in protective material and packed in recyclable cardboard boxes. We use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible without compromising protection.

What if my sign arrives damaged?

Take photos of the packaging and the sign immediately, then email us at hello@metalmarvel.com.au with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund under our 30-day defect guarantee.

Can I request authority to leave?

Yes. During checkout you can provide delivery instructions including authority to leave. Please note that doing so is at your own risk if the delivery location is not secure.
